My car had some damage in the back, mainly on the left taillight. I brought my car to the lakeside collison center yesterday for an estimate and got it fixed today. Very satisfied with the service, warm, responsive, efficient and honest. And the price is very reasonable. I strongly recommend it! more

Took my car to 4 places around Bellevue for body work. Lakeside beat all of them by around $200 on a $1500 job. They explained what was being done to my car and why this and that part is needed and what costs what. They made their schedules open and got the work done when it needed to be done. more

I was planning to buy a used BMW and while looking it over at the dealership noticed scratches on the bolts holding the front bumper on. Concerned that this may have been the result of a crash, I called Lakeside to arrange an appointment to have them check the front end out. I called and spoke with Nicole explaining I was looking at purchasing a car which might have had front end damage. Knowing I'd be under time constraints from the dealership, she told me to call the next day with the time I could drop it off and they would inspect it as quickly as possible. They even offered to drive me back to work (Past Issaquah) if it was going to take them more than an hour to fit it in. I dropped it off the next day and the manager went and checked the car out right when I got there. After he was done, he told me what he had found: The front bumper had been repainted, but wasn't damaged. It was most likely just to clean it up to sell it. However, he did find the evidence of a side impact collision repair that I would never have noticed. I was surprised as I had looked the car over meticulously and hadn't noticed anything, but then he took me outside and showed me what to look for when checking for repair work. To me the repair work looked great, but Brent showed me each of the minute details that the previous autobody shop had overlooked. Knowing that Lakeside notices details like that made it certain that I will bring my car there if I have collision damage to repair. more

Thanks to some kids throwing rocks, I got home one day to find the driver's window shattered. My wife knows the owner so I decided to take it to Lakeside. The new window looks great and works like new. I didn't bother to get a quote at the Ford dealer but I have no doubt it would have cost much more there. But, I haven't told you the best part yet. When I got the truck back, not only was all the dirt/dust/grime gone but the interior looked like it just came out of the showroom. As a lady, I can honestly say that I will not go to any other shop except for this one. I have taken my car here three times already, but my most memorable experience was when I hit a cow on I5 and totalled my Mercedes. I was so shaken up the next day when I called Brent on the phone. He immediately asked me where my car was towed to and as soon as I gave him the towing information, he said not to worry about anything and he will take care of it. You cannot imagine how I felt at that moment when I was in pain and knowing that he just took the entire burden of my car off my shoulders. He even went as far as helping me with understanding how the Insurance companies work and not to let them bully me into signing anything. The fact that he took the time to explain this to me, when clearly, he had nothing to gain....shows me how much he and the entire shop truly cares about their customers! Please know that I will only deal with this shop and would encourage anyone out there who truly wants to be treated with the best customer serivce to come here and have them take care of you! I brought my car in to Lakeside after researching on the internet. The shops my insurance co recommended had various bad reviews, so I went with Lakeside Collision Center, who I found out, is not contracted with ""any"" insurance co. They work for the customer, NOT the Insurance Co.! They did a fabulous job. I was so impressed! I had some previous body work done 2 years ago by another shop in Bellevue, and they did a terrible job. After showing Lakeside this, and commiserating about their shoddy workmanship, they told me they could fix this as well. And they did a beautiful job. They really do work hard for the customer. I have to say that these guys are the best! When I first went there, Brent their manger told me how good they were and I thought ya right! I told him I am a perfectionist and I expect great quality. He then brought out their painter Johnny and had him talk to me about his qualifications and work ethic. I checked out many other body shops but none gave me that comfort feeling that they were going to match my expectations. Well I have to say, not only did they do a fantastic job on the paint and repairs, but the whole experiences of how Brent and Johnny treated me was very warm and professional. As a new comer to the country, I know little about the auto insurance. When I had to send my car to Lakeside Collision to have the bumpers replaced, I planned to pay out of my pocket. Thanks to a parking lot hit and run, my Honda Prelude had a nasty bruise on the rear side panel of the bumper. After a friend got some major repair work done here at Lakeside. I decided to stop by just to see what they could do. Brent gave me a very knowledgeable quote about repainting the bumper. He explained how my car paint cost more to fixed because of the 3-layer process they used. I brought it in to explore my options a they buffed out most of the damage just as a friendly gesture. They picked up my car right away, arranged to meet with the adjuster, negotiated on my behalf, worked out all the details, made sure that everything was restored exactly - including the protective finish on the hood/lights/fenders, did a fantastic job with the repairs, communicated with me regularly to let me know the status, washed my car, thoroughly cleaned the inside, verified the amount of my deductible and even returned my rental car for me. Let me start by saying what great customer service Lakeside has, they will go out of their way for their customers and will make sure you are satisfied with the final outcome of the repair. My 99' Mustang Cobra, my pride and joy, was hit in the front end and after going through the run around with insurance I ended up settling out of insurance with the other party. I heard about Lakeside through a friend who spoke very highly of them, I took my cobra there and am very pleased with the results. The repair was quick and I got my car back in under 3 days. Brent and his employees were very friendly and did everything they could and more to get my car fixed asap, they even went out of their way while tending to my repair. I drive a lifted Chevy Colorado (2006), got into a car accident where it needed Plenty of frame work along with body. they needed to order specialty lifted parts and they got the job done very quick, and now it drives as good as it did.
