We have been in business for over 33 years and one of our biggest challenges has always been to educate our customers that there are multiple dynamics at work in repairing their vehicle, and it is very common to have to adjust a completion date during the repair process. There are often hidden damages, additional parts, administrative process, and various other items that can extend a repair. We will continue to work hard to meet our customer expectations, and we Highly Encourage our customers to read all of our reviews and judge us based on our extremely high Satisfaction rating.
