A professional repair shop. Prices are fair, work is exceptional. This is the best my van has EVER driven on a long distance trip. I couldn't be more pleased.

How honest are they? These are clearly 130 fake reviews from the owner of the shop. Notice all the same type of name setup (name followed by numbers), everyone has different pic...

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable mechanics. They give you the straight facts about your car repair and really give you the option of what is needs to be done now and what can possibly wait until later. I have always felt that my repairs have been handled with respect. I really enjoy it when the mechanic leaves his card in my car - what a personal touch!! more

I do not consider myself.. 4/24/2010

I do not consider myself to be very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and repairs, so I am always at the mercy of a mechanic and trusting that he or she has given me good advice. I recently took my car to another shop for a ""free"" brake inspection and was told that the brakes and rotors needed replacement immediately. I didn't trust the original mechanic for several reasons. I decided to try out CARS at Polaris after hearing a radio commercial promising honest repairs and advice. Steve informed me that my brakes still had 60% of their life remaining and did not need replacement. It is great to know that I can trust CARS to treat me right and give me honest advice. The entire staff of CARS is fantastic. The waiting area is clean and everyone is so friendly. I will be taking my car to CARS at Polaris from now on. more
