A professional repair shop. Prices are fair, work is exceptional. This is the best my van has EVER driven on a long distance trip. I couldn't be more pleased.

Worst

How honest are they? These are clearly 130 fake reviews from the owner of the shop. Notice all the same type of name setup (name followed by numbers), everyone has different pic...

I had a co-worker recommend C.A.R.S. to me. I found that they have excellent customer service and do quality work. They have given me honest estimates with options on what work needs to be done. I have used them for all three of my cars. I have recommended C.A.R.S. to my family and friends. more

CARS at Polaris is not.. 4/3/2010

CARS at Polaris is not the cheapest shop in town. However...I trust them, and that's worth something to me. 1. They always do good work. 2. They stand behind what they do. 3. They're extremely accommodating with rides and loaners 4. Most importantly, I've never felt ripped off...meaning that they have never gouged me on price. Nor have they ever recommended any repairs or maintenance that was not truly necessary, and in my best interest. more

This place is the best! The Manager was more than helpful. It was so nice to recieve service without all the pressure you get from one of those other shops. It seems that this place is different because you don't feel like anyone is taking advantage of you. The work done to my car was nothing less than miraculous. It was like driving a new car! The mechanic obviously knew what he was doing! That is a nice relief. I will be back! more

Outstanding. First time I've actually felt confident about leaving my car with someone. The guys are all easy to talk to, & easy to understand. They answered every question, no matter how ridiculous. I highly recommend CARS at Polaris, and will continue to take my car there for maintenance. more

Awesome experience! Sometimes, i do not like heading to the repair shop. Always thinking they are going to sell me something I do not need. NOT the case with CARS. They told me my brakes did not need repaired, but I had a leak in one of my cylinders. They repaired the leaky cylinder and I was on my way.\r \r S. is the 146th of 156 customers who took the AutoVitals Survey and were 'VERY SATISFIED'. more

Very satisfied with the routine.. 3/18/2010

Very satisfied with the routine maintenance and repairs done on my car. If they notice something that needs to be replaced, they don't pressure you to do it that day. They'll give an accurate estimate and a time frame on then it should be repaired. Steve Lee is great to work with. more

Unlike a lot of service companies, they approach car service as a profession. Everyone you speak with are polite and friendly. Most importantly they're fair and honest. They'll recommend the most cost-effective solution and put themselves in your shoes when giving advice. more
