I do not consider myself to be very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and repairs, so I am always at the mercy of a mechanic and trusting that he or she has given me good advice. I recently took my car to another shop for a ""free"" brake inspection and was told that the brakes and rotors needed replacement immediately. I didn't trust the original mechanic for several reasons. I decided to try out CARS at Polaris after hearing a radio commercial promising honest repairs and advice. Steve informed me that my brakes still had 60% of their life remaining and did not need replacement. It is great to know that I can trust CARS to treat me right and give me honest advice. The entire staff of CARS is fantastic. The waiting area is clean and everyone is so friendly. I will be taking my car to CARS at Polaris from now on.
