I recently had my Chevy Cruze towed by your company. I had a parking pass in the dash, was parked accordingly, but was towed anyways. Upon speaking to a man who claimed to be the manager, a man named ""JR"", I was told that the price of the pick up would be 115 dollars. He told me he would have the car ready for me, and hung up on me immediately after this. Upon getting to the lot, I was greeted by JR who was screaming profanities, slamming doors, and walking around angrily. After speaking with him we find out that he has not gotten my car out as he promised and mentioned the final price is now 135 dollars. When explaining he quoted me at a different price he said ""if you want the car, it's going to be 135 dollars.""\r

The horrendous service I received by your company has lead me to follow up with the Better Business Bureau and has got me looking into my legal options when it comes to fighting the towing of my vehicle and the service I received from one ""JR"". I had hoped we would have been able to settle this matter in the store, but JR had assured that no progress or helpful information was to be had. The treatment me and my fiancée received was literally some of the worst customer service I've ever had.
