Review content:
The workers and owner of C & M towing follow no moral or ethical approach to running a business. They look to make a quick buck by illegally towing innocent people, mostly college students, knowing they will not take them to court. Unfortunately my car was towed illegally by C & M towing, giving some false statement as to why they towed it. I have plenty of evidence to take them to Small Claims and WIN, but unfortunately I'm graduating and moving out of state within a month. Small Claims can't guarantee your case to be scheduled in a specific time frame, and both the court and defendant can continue the case if they wanted. I just have to bite the bullet on this one even with the half price they gave me to get my car out because they knew they were wrong and would lose in court.
