Worst

Worst Sunday lunch ever. Food was extremely poor quality and very overpriced. Service was ok. Hostess was very rude and unhelpful. Not a kid friendly restaurant.

Butterfly on Farmington, accross the street from Black bamboo. The grounds are well landscaped. I have visited karaoke events, but I considered it a sit down restaurant, evening dining here is quite nice. The demographic is more of the silver headed bunch. I noticed a number of really great reviews, recently. I know they do offer a ""Luncheon Specialty"" menu. more

I am a huge karaoke fiend. I have been doing it about once a week since 2007, except for times when I'm sick. This is, hands down, the best place in the state of Connecticut to do it. more

I was warmly greeted, and seated by a host. It appears that they take the edge off formality a bit during lunch by placing brown paper on top of the linen table cloths on the dining tables. The total cost of the entree before tax and tip was $7.50. more

they do have some of the best fried rice around. Butterfly is one of the higher priced Chinese food restaurants in the area, but the food can be worth it. more

Perhaps the experience of dining on Chinese food is much more authentic in the NYC or Boston Chinatowns; but I much prefer it here. more

The restaurant is such a great place if you want to sit down at a Chinese restaurant. Most places only do take out, so it's nice to have a place you can sit down (or you can always do take out). The food is delicious and the service is great. more

After trying so many Chinese restaurants all over the state, I was blown away by the atmosphere of Butterfly. No tacky hanging things or ugly calendars, just elegant surroundings in good taste. (Almost impossible to believe that this was once a Howard Johnson's!) The immaculate, huge aquarium lends a quiet dignity to this place which is welcoming to families as to romantic couples. The grand piano, often beautifully played by the owner, lends a nice touch of elegance. more

Best place for steak and very near to Ormond Beach. Service and quality are excellent year after year. On our annual 3 month winter pilgrimage from London and we generally eat here 9 or 10 times during the season. Bon App?tit more

I love Chinese food and have dined in many Chinese restaurants. Butterfly is my absolute favorite. The food is outstanding, the facility always clean and well maintained, the staff courteous and excellent and the owners are asolutely terrific. I cannot say enough good things about Butterfly. more

I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere, we were seated next to the large aquarium which provided some entertainment, and felt the meal was acceptable. My friends all had similar reviews, even one who doesn't usually like chinese food! more

We went for lunch and overall had a GOOD experience! We felt the atmosphere both inside and out was nice. We were seated right away and all of out drinks came soon after. Two of my friends and I ordered water and it was refilled OFTEN. We never had to ask for refills. After odering our food, we waited only a short period of time. The food was decent and NONE of my three friends or I got sick in ANY way, shape or form!!! We had NO signs of any type of ""food related illness"". more
