Burnside Air Conditioning, Heating And Indoor Air Quality

I have been using a local HVAC service for the past year. I have had so many problems with them. I was referred by my realtor's husband who was also in the industry to Burside. He said they were very professional and knowledgabe. Tonight they fixed our AC, saved me a ton of money and was polite and professional. I would highly recommend them. more

I don't normally write reviews on work I have done but I thought the service I received from Burnside AC warranted a review. I have used Burnside for my heating and AC needs for the past few years. They have been prompt in getting someone out to take care of any problem I have had. They may not be the cheapest in costs but they are reasonable and competive with other service providers. \r \r Dean came out the same day I called about both of my systems not working. Dean gave me the bad news that the compressor was out in one system and the coil out in the other. Said he could repair them or get an estimate to replace them. These units were sixteen years old so I asked for an estimate to replace. Abe came out and looked at my entire system including the ductwork. Abe actually gave me four different proposals to replace my systems. He didn't pressure me to do any of them. I woke up this morning, walked downstairs, and the air was not running. My 77 yr old mom lives down stairs. and so something had to be done pretty quick. Burnside had been recommended to me but I had formerly usedm Joplins. Called Joplins first and they said they couldnt get anyone out here until monday. This is thursday. I called Burnside and they responded immediately. He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly, I will recommend them to everyone. Also, the receptionist was very kind. more

I love Burnside! They came out and did an assement on my A/C because my bill was so high, he told me what needed to be done and was upfront and honest! There were no hidden fees or repairs added that were not necessary. more

Called about my upstairs ac unit not cooling properly, Dean came out within an hour, and recommended we shut it off to allow the ice that had built up to thaw so that he could come back the next day. Dean was here the next day at the agreed upon time, diagnosed the problem, and recharged the system to cool again. Dean was professional, thorough, and most of all, honest in his work here. I would not only use them again, I would refer them to my neighbors. more

We called them when our upstairs air-conditioner wouldn't turn on. They looked for about 3 minutes and came inside to give me a quote on a new unit. I asked them to leave and called another company who then came right over, worked on it for a few minutes, and on it came with cold air blasting. When I called Burnside and told them what happened they wouldn't even give me my Call Fee back much less apologize for their incompetence. I always like to support the local businesses but this one was very disappointing. more
