I don't normally write reviews on work I have done but I thought the service I received from Burnside AC warranted a review. I have used Burnside for my heating and AC needs for the past few years. They have been prompt in getting someone out to take care of any problem I have had. They may not be the cheapest in costs but they are reasonable and competive with other service providers. \r

Dean came out the same day I called about both of my systems not working. Dean gave me the bad news that the compressor was out in one system and the coil out in the other. Said he could repair them or get an estimate to replace them. These units were sixteen years old so I asked for an estimate to replace. Abe came out and looked at my entire system including the ductwork. Abe actually gave me four different proposals to replace my systems. He didn't pressure me to do any of them.
