Review content:
Called about my upstairs ac unit not cooling properly, Dean came out within an hour, and recommended we shut it off to allow the ice that had built up to thaw so that he could come back the next day. Dean was here the next day at the agreed upon time, diagnosed the problem, and recharged the system to cool again. Dean was professional, thorough, and most of all, honest in his work here. I would not only use them again, I would refer them to my neighbors.
