I was greeted promptly and in a very friendly manner. I have been to Burns before and leased a number of cars, so I am used to their always great service. This was the first time that I have purchased a new car in a number of years, and I expected to go home feeling disappointed that I was unable to afford a new car. However, Ed Altman made it work, and I am a very happy man. I would recommend Burns to anyone. more

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Keith. He was personable, courteous and informative. He took the time to go over all details with us and never tried to be pushy. In addition, John (the Sales Manager) was friendly, helpful and considerate to us. We would highly recommend them to our friends. more

Mike Covello, the salesman work with me on every part of the sale to me. He knew about the car that he was selling to me and was able to help me with any and all question I had. The car was in great shape when I picked it up and I'am Happy with Mike, and Burns Honda that the whole experence was excellant. more

I was intrduced to Mike(salesman) by my son-in-law who is on his third Honda. I previously had a chevrolet(also a good car. I tried a Civic which I intended to buy but Having tried the Accord chose to lease and have this really nice car. Tom(financial) was very nice and explained cost and payment plan and the great deals offered when the lease is up. I finished with George who took me to the car and explained everything on the dashboard the floorboard and anything that I questioned about the car even if I asked him to repeat it(what more could you ask for?) Oh, did I mention Mike called how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns about the car? He did and I think that was really nice of him.So thank You. more

Evan Long greeted us with a warm smile and worked with us with patience and was very helpful and took his time and explained everything we asked him about the Honda Civic. LS and VP. He also explained the Honda FIT. After the deal was completed on the Honda LS. Evan explained the workings of Burns Honda Service,and went over the finer details of how the car operated from A to Z. John Schwartz came in on the finalization of the closeing and was very knowledgeable friendly and made us feel at home at Burns Honda. more

Met my exact requirements on a car. Pricing was close to what I was looking for. Service was friendly and financing was perfect. Salesman even gave me his banana since I was hungry. Will definitely come back for more business and service. Aldo exact stock vehicle I wanted was there. more

GREAT! 7/14/2011

My experience with Burns Honda was GREAT! This is my first Honda as I previously had Chevys. I love my new Odyssey! Keith walked me thru the workings of the car (more than once) He was very patient with me understanding that us ""oldies"" are somewhat technilogicaly chalanged! He even offered to give me another ""lesson"" if I needed it. Overall, my experience was excellent. I would definetly recommend Burns Honda and Keith Bachman to all my friends and family. more

I went to Burns to look at the 2011 CR-Vs. I had a great experience from the minute I walked into the dealership. The entire staff was easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. Burns honda had a huge selection of Pilots to chose from. There sales staff was polite and very professional from there introduction to there delivery. I have bought many cars over the years and have never seen such a straight forward sales process. I would highly recommend Burns to anyone looking to buy a Honda in South Jersey!!! more

Extremely impressed 6/9/2011

Two 10 minute phone conversations with Chris and an unbeatable deal was made. Chris offered a deal that three Honda dealers in my area could not beat. Chris grreted me at our agreed upon time and had the car ready. we test drove the car and returned to sign the paperwork and drove home. Yes, it was that simple! No pressure which was really nice 5/26/2011

I went to look at Burns Honda and took a test drive. My salesman Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I did not receive any pressure what so ever to buy. I told Mike I would not be buying for another few weeks, that I was looking at all my options, he said ok. Then when I decided to go back for another test drive a few weeks later Mike was there to help me. I felt very confident buying from Burns Honda! They worked with me and I am enjoying my 2012 Honda Civic.Mike and Tony both told me do not hesitate to contact them with any questions I have about my car or any help they can be to me. more
