My experience with Burns Honda was GREAT! This is my first Honda as I previously had Chevys. I love my new Odyssey! Keith walked me thru the workings of the car (more than once) He was very patient with me understanding that us ""oldies"" are somewhat technilogicaly chalanged! He even offered to give me another ""lesson"" if I needed it. Overall, my experience was excellent. I would definetly recommend Burns Honda and Keith Bachman to all my friends and family.
