The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

awful experience 9/18/2010

The sales people offered me a college graduate rebate, said i was just over the requirement because you had to have graduated within 2 years and i graduated two and a half years ago, but not to worry about it they would make it work. A month after having the car i received a phone call from Shannon in the finance office saying i owed them another 1,000 dollars because i didn't qualify for the college grad. rebate and we'd have to sign an new loan, after arguing for days and days i offered to pay 500 dollars of the rebate if they paid the other half, which they agreed too. If i had the money to hire a lawyer i'd have sued but that would have cost me more then 500 bucks so i settled. Will never buy a car there again, won't even be having the services done there. The people treated me like i was the bad guy even though they were ones faulting on their promise, just an awful experience, take my advice, go to another dealership. more

Really easy 9/14/2010

These are the good guys. No hassles & they did what they said they would do. Will definitely put them on my shopping list for the future. Pat, the General Manager came out and saw me personally. I thought Burien was kind of out of the way; but it was really easy to get to - not far from the airport. more

David Butler accommodated me with all my wishes. David was there for me when I came in. I had an accident and I pulled in with my car to the dealership and he helped me to figure everything out with collision and service. He was not pushy on getting a new car but he was responsive to my wishes. Then, when I decided to buy a new car David was there. He took time for me and helped me and it was just perfect. I had an excellent experience. more

Also, explained everything in regards to purchasing of the vehicle, right down to the details of all the additional features that we could buy afterwards. I previously purchased three Prius from David Butler as he is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, fully explains its operation and goes on a test drive with you to make sure you fully understand the operation of the Prius before you leave the dealership. I really like that in a salesman. I have never been to a dealership in my entire life that treated me more respectful when I am negotiating with them to make a purchase than this dealership. I was very happy to make a purchase from them. They make you feel like family whenever you are at that dealership whether to make a purchase or to have service done, great people. Every detail on the contract was fully explained to me step by step and I was made aware of what I was signing. Great job done by the financial department. more

They were knowledgeable about the products and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. My time at the dealership was the shortest time I have ever spent at a dealership test driving vehicles and getting in and out, so I appreciated that. It was so easy! I knew what RAV4 I wanted which comes from owning 2 RAVs previously. I looked on the website, emailed my sales person, Paul P. told him waht I wanted, We spoke on the phone and I came out 4 days later, signed the papers and picked up my new RAV in about a 2 hour period. Thats the quickest Ive ever been able to buy care, even when I paid cash! I dont believe my experience could have been better. It was great! -Linda C. more

excellent economy cars 4/23/2010

Thanks again for going above and beyond in expediting trading in my truck and my driving out with the Rav4 in one visit. Your excellent reputation at Burien Toyota is well deserved. Trading in a truck half way thru the contract for a slightly older vehicle seems crazy at first but factoring the gas savings alone over time makes perfect sense. The Rav4 is a delight to drive. Toyota should call it a 4WD sports car. I kept your business cards to pass out to anyone who would like to trade their trucks in for one of your excellent economy cars. Kalvin S. more
