It was so easy! I knew what RAV4 I wanted which comes from owning 2 RAVs previously. I looked on the website, emailed my sales person, Paul P. told him waht I wanted, We spoke on the phone and I came out 4 days later, signed the papers and picked up my new RAV in about a 2 hour period. Thats the quickest Ive ever been able to buy care, even when I paid cash! I dont believe my experience could have been better. It was great! -Linda C.
