This Place Should Be Rated Less Then A ONE! 10/4/2009

Amy in the insurance department makes mistake after mistake. They double bill all the time. Melissa and Dani make so many appointment mistakes you never know when you are suppose to come to your appointment or if you will have one when you get there or not. If you have a question for Amy in the insurance department ""she just yells at you and says that is just how insurance is done, it is not my fault if you do not understand how thing work."" in front of everyone in the lobby at the office. Dr. Mosser show no cares at he just moves people in and out as fast as he can with no quality care at all. The more patients the more money he could care less if you have anything wrong with you or not. Ten minutes is all you get, if you a lucky, that's. The rest is don't bother me I don't have time. I think he should retire. Pros: Dr. Lipp and Dr. Tiff are fine. Cons: Amy, Melissa and Dani should be fired! more

I Would Have To Agree 9/7/2009

What made it unique or special?I would have to agree. I have been a patient of Dr. Mosser’s for several years, almost since he opened his practice and he has certainly changed for the worst. I live out of state but I come back to my home on the holidays and during the summer and I see him during this time. I also see I chiropractor where I live for most of the year and I can see him only one or two times every three months. When I am back in Minot I have to see Dr. Mosser at least once or twice a week. The chiropractor I see here spends 45minutes to an hour with me and Dr. Mosser I’m lucky if I get ten minutes. Even though I have to pay more for the one here I receive better care and I don’t have to tell him what to do. I also feel the same way. My friend also saw Dr. Mosser and I don’t know what happened, but I don’t think she goes there anymore either. She would never tell me what happened but every time I mentioned his name her eyes would swell up with tears and she would just say “I don’t need a chiropractor anymore.” That is not like her, something happened there for her to act like that. Chiropractors should be required to take more then ten minutes with patients at least with ones that need a little more care or have a few more things that are going on and not treat everyone the same. Cons: I would Have To Agree more
