Amy in the insurance department makes mistake after mistake. They double bill all the time. Melissa and Dani make so many appointment mistakes you never know when you are suppose to come to your appointment or if you will have one when you get there or not. If you have a question for Amy in the insurance department ""she just yells at you and says that is just how insurance is done, it is not my fault if you do not understand how thing work."" in front of everyone in the lobby at the office. Dr. Mosser show no cares at he just moves people in and out as fast as he can with no quality care at all. The more patients the more money he could care less if you have anything wrong with you or not. Ten minutes is all you get, if you a lucky, that's. The rest is don't bother me I don't have time. I think he should retire.
Pros: Dr. Lipp and Dr. Tiff are fine.
Cons: Amy, Melissa and Dani should be fired!
