My husband had changed the cabin air filter in late July, I was told that it was "packed,filthy and needed to be changed" at this encounter. My husband questioned this and wanted to see the part that was so "packed and dirty" the story changed when he physically showed up to see this part. This bothers me because as a female, I need a place to take my vehicle that I will get honest information. I have been going to your business for many years, has this occurred before, being told that parts are bad and needed to be changed????
