I purchased a bulb from them and a week later nothing arrived. I called them to find out why and they said I owe them $25 more than the advertised price listed on their website. When I called to have my money returned they said no problem. Another week goes by and the customer service person said we are not paying you back because I opened a paypal claim with them. I told them I'm filing a police report today and next thing you know I get a email from paypal saying they've returned my money. Funny how that happened only after saying I'm involving the police. Ordered a lamp for my theater projector. They stated they had it in stock (#4) and would ship in 1-3 days. Almost a week later, I called to get an update and was told it would ship the next day and apologized for the ""slight delay."" Another 3 days later I call and got their voice mail. I then connected with a live chat person online who said that it shipped today and said they had a lot of orders for that lamp (29 in 5 days) and it had been backordered. Their site still stated they had 4 in stock and the rep said their web program was ""stalled."" I told him that I will be buying my lamps elsewhere from now on and he then disconnected.
