Ordered a lamp for my theater projector. They stated they had it in stock (#4) and would ship in 1-3 days. Almost a week later, I called to get an update and was told it would ship the next day and apologized for the ""slight delay."" Another 3 days later I call and got their voice mail. I then connected with a live chat person online who said that it shipped today and said they had a lot of orders for that lamp (29 in 5 days) and it had been backordered. Their site still stated they had 4 in stock and the rep said their web program was ""stalled."" I told him that I will be buying my lamps elsewhere from now on and he then disconnected. VERY POOR OPERATION!! Pros: price (if you can get the item) Cons: SLOW, Unreliable, Cust service rep's like to argue with you more
