Good service and excellent light bulbs 8/7/2011

Buying all my light bulbs for maintenance company for 3 years from Bulborama and they are very good company. Always supplying me excellent lights and help me with information to know best light bulbs to use for my customers. I change electric fixtures and ballasts and light bulbs for gas stations, apartments, hotels and some restaurants and these guys have helped me grow business with good service and high quality of supplies. I am very happy to recommend Bulborama. more

Great website, fast delivery, and good quality 8/7/2011

Very easy company to deal with. I ordered online and had the bulbs in a couple days right at my door by UPS. The bulbs were well packaged, and they appear to be very good quality items. The website has a wide variety to choose from, lots of the new energy saving bulbs. I am impressed and I will shop at the bulborama.com site again. more

Best Bulb Store, Period! 8/7/2011

Best light bulb store I have found, period. They are the bomb!!! For 6 years in Las Vegas I was hunting around from one electrical place to another trying to find someone that knew something about light bulbs. A friend who buys from them told me to check them out so I stopped by the warehouse with a bulb I couldn't find for months. Guess what? They had it IN STOCK!!!! I couldn't believe it. Super duper stuff!!! Also got bulbs for my deli and the house. Saving energy, great bulbs, bestest of the best service !! more

It is very refreshing in this era of offshore customer service to find live and knowledgeable people who actually know about the products they sell. I called Bulborama because I was tired of getting poor advice from electricians about light bulbs. Their website indicates they have experience, so I gave them a shot. Boy was I surprised (pleasantly). Not only do they have experience, they helped dissect all the bulbs and fixtures in my store (we have an art gallery) and recommended simple energy saving replacements. Good value, and the bulbs are outstanding. I am very happy and can strongly recommend Bulborama. more

It is very refreshing in this era of offshore customer service to find live and knowledgeable people who actually know about the products they sell. I called Bulborama because I was tired of getting poor advice from electricians about light bulbs. Their website indicates they have experience, so I gave them a shot. Boy was I surprised (pleasantly). Not only do they have experience, they helped dissect all the bulbs and fixtures in my store (we have an art gallery) and recommended simple energy saving replacements. customer service came through 4/15/2011

Ordered through this company because bulbs for my exhaust hood are hard to find. This company had the bulbs and at a reasonable price to boot. I was a little concerned because there were a few negative reviewes. The ordering/processing/shippping of bulbs was all handled expeditiously. I popped one of the bulbs in the day the arrived. Unfortunately, the bulb burned out pretty quickly in less than a month. When I removed it I found the base was broken. The 2nd bulb also burned out within 1 month. When I contacted customer service they helped me file a warranty claim and I received 2 replacement bulbs. The 3rd bulb seems to be holding out ok. But at least they were helpful with the damaged bulbs. more

Buyers Beware- Bulborama is Definitely a Rip Off 3/7/2011

BUYERS BEWARE!!\r This company is terrible! The bulbs they advertised on their site were not the ones they sent me. The bulbs on the site were rated at 10000 hours and equivalent to a 75 watt bulb. The ones they sent me were only rated at 8000 hours and were only equivalent to a 60 watt bulb.Thats 2000 hours less and 15 watts dimmer. The Brand name and the color was also different from what was advertised! The bulbs were compact fluorencents which I have several others in my house, The ones they sent me take for ever to turn somewhat bright, while my others fully brighten up immediately. When I called them about the differences and problems I talked to Chris, He told me they were the right bulbs but that the package showed different information. He said the ones he sent me are exactly the same as the ones listed on the site, even though the package showed they weren't. He said thats the way they package them. Well Excuse Me, I might have been born at night but I wasn't born last night! more

I bought a large order with this company, guided by their family owned assistence. \r \r They are very dishonest, and the actual bulbs they sell are complete junk. TRUST ME, home depot bulbs last longer. Half of these bulbs take 5 minutes to get bright.\r \r They also refused to accept the 1/3 of the bulbs that didnt fit my lights. I was misguided by the sales rep, Chris. After months of begging, they finally agreed to accept the return (after I tried to adjust my light sockets and played all of their games). Then they tried to give me a store credit....needless to say, I ended up successfully disputing that portion of the charge with my credit card.\r \r Lesson: AVOID THIS FAMILY BUSINESS. Nice and bright daylight bulbs for all over my home - hooray! 2/28/2009

My doctor recommended daylight bulbs to help me with reading (bad eyes). Bulborama knew exactly what I was looking for, plus I found out they have full spectrum light bulbs I could use all thru my home. The light difference is literally amazing, it's the best color I could imagine and much easier on everyone's eyes. I should have done this years ago. Most excellent products! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Pros: Super products Cons: none more
