Ordered through this company because bulbs for my exhaust hood are hard to find. This company had the bulbs and at a reasonable price to boot. I was a little concerned because there were a few negative reviewes. The ordering/processing/shippping of bulbs was all handled expeditiously. I popped one of the bulbs in the day the arrived. Unfortunately, the bulb burned out pretty quickly in less than a month. When I removed it I found the base was broken. The 2nd bulb also burned out within 1 month. When I contacted customer service they helped me file a warranty claim and I received 2 replacement bulbs. The 3rd bulb seems to be holding out ok. But at least they were helpful with the damaged bulbs.
