Costa Mesa location, my first time going to the place: I was happy that it was close by and that I would get cash right away for my clothes. I packed two full bags of clothes to sell; some of them I hardly ever wore. Most were from BP Nordstrom, Gap, Old Navy, Guess, New York and Co. etc. THEY DIDN'T BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM ME!!!!!!! NOT ONE!!!! They seemed friendly and all, and asked if it was my first time there or if I had ever shopped there before, and I said, no. Well, they did a great job at totally losing a future customer! The fact that they wouldn't even buy 1 single item just shows what they know about building human relations--absolutely nothing. I had cute tanks and skirts in there, and they totally blew it. They wanted ""skinny jeans"" and spring/summer stuff. Why would I give up my skinny jeans when they're still in style, and I want to wear them?! Don't even think about bringing in anything that's not ""currently"" instyle or they might make you haul all your stuff back to your car. I was so embarrassed walking out of there. Plus, there was a long line. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Oh, and even if they do want your stuff, they'll only give you 35% in cash of what they think they can sell it at or 50% in store credit. I didn't want to buy a single thing from them. It smells in there, too. If you're into THEIR style, try Dee lux; it's a much better place.
Cons: They're REALLY picky about what they buy from you.
