I bought a 2001 Jeep from Buffalo. Yes it had problems but Gary and the guys worked with me to repair them. They also have been very understanding and worked with me when I lost my job of 10 years. I would recommend them but use your brains. Cars don't last forever and will need regular maintenance and repairs. The dealer can only do so much. Get the auto repair insurance if you buy used it would save you a lot of money. more

I purchased a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee from them about 6 months ago. Worst mistake ever. That day the car broke down on me, and after speaking with a mechanic, he showed me how they bypassed numerous things to make the car work temporarily. And then when hard time hit, I was 2 days late on my payment and they assured me that nothing would happen if we could set up a partial payment plan for that month. Guess what, they picked up my vehicle THAT NIGHT... And then wouldn't let me get my stuff out of the vehicle. Several friends have had similar problems. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! There's better dealerships right around the block!! more

I purchase a 2000 Honda Accord whom ever had the car kept it up real nice in side and out ,when i test drove the car it was fine my sorry ass salesman name chris assured that it was a good car after two days i needed a transmission for about six months it drove fine until i needed a computer n i told them too come pick that piece of crap up. dont go there they will sale you anything just to get your money bye pass them. more

I purchased a 2002 Jeep Cherokee from this carlot in 2008. I would like to state that I am pleased with my purchase and service I received here. I love my vehicle and the guys here are very kind. I have been late more than once making my monthly payment and they have always been understanding about my situations. I would highly recommend this company to purchase your vehicle!!!!! more

I purchased a 2000 VW Beetle in January of 2009. Whle inspecting the vehicle I noticed the stereo was missing, in which I was reassurd by the dealer(Chris) that it was locked up and it would be given to me once I signed my contract. Well the minute I signed the contract, he then stated he somehow MISPLACED it and I would have to by a new one! 2weeks later, my CV JOINTS went out....4 weeks later, my ENGINE DIED ON ME! I then spoke to the Owner (Gary) and not only did he say ""we'll fix it but you're going to have to pay for the labor and parts"" but he stated it would be weeks before they could get to it. Well 6weeks went by before my car was repaired and I was left to foot a $2800.00 bill! Not only did I tell him to keep the piece of junk but I told him he should be ashamed to even call himself a CAR SALESMAN. All they do is buy cars from the auction and make them presenable enough to drive off the lot. So If anyone happens to be on Spencer Hwy in Pasedena,TX car shopping, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BUFFALO AUTO SALES!Unless you want a LEMON! Pros: Pros?What Pros?
