I purchased a 2000 VW Beetle in January of 2009. Whle inspecting the vehicle I noticed the stereo was missing, in which I was reassurd by the dealer(Chris) that it was locked up and it would be given to me once I signed my contract. Well the minute I signed the contract, he then stated he somehow MISPLACED it and I would have to by a new one! 2weeks later, my CV JOINTS went out....4 weeks later, my ENGINE DIED ON ME! I then spoke to the Owner (Gary) and not only did he say ""we'll fix it but you're going to have to pay for the labor and parts"" but he stated it would be weeks before they could get to it. Well 6weeks went by before my car was repaired and I was left to foot a $2800.00 bill! Not only did I tell him to keep the piece of junk but I told him he should be ashamed to even call himself a CAR SALESMAN. All they do is buy cars from the auction and make them presenable enough to drive off the lot. So If anyone happens to be on Spencer Hwy in Pasedena,TX car shopping, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BUFFALO AUTO SALES!Unless you want a LEMON!
