I've used Buds twice in the last 2 years, they replaced a garbage disposal and a sump pump for me. Both times they arrived on time, gave me a price within 5 min of arriving, and quickly fixed my problems. Very professional, fast, and fair price. more

A little pricey. 1/15/2017

I have originally use another business but I have received may coupons in the mail so I thought I would give them a try. All I needed was a basic drain cleaning to the house and to the sewer. They ended up being 2.5 hours late from the time they scheluded. I had to use 1 hour of vacation time because I couldnt make home in the time of the scheduled appt. Therefor I wasted my hour because they were late. If I knew it wouldn't show up until later I could have not used vacation time. When they got there they gave me an estimate of $428 to clean the drain. I thought was a little high because a competitor I used before charged by the hour plus it was roughly $100 to clean the drain last time. It only took an hour for that $100 and it happened to be right about an hour this time. I will say the office personnel was very nice and at the end of the job the workers were nice as well. After mentioning again that this was a little high for only an hour he had worked with me and gave me a price of $318. I feel that was a little high still but it needed to be done. more

Service that was performed / Receptionist 1/13/2017

The tech that came to my house was friendly and down to earth. He was honest and performed outstanding work! He made me feel comfortable in my purchase. I had to contact the office a few times for questions and the only complaint I have is the receptionist strikes me as rude. Not very friendly and a few times I've been sighed at. Makes me wish I could contact my tech directly for further jobs as I am needing more work done. Keep the good work up! more

Could not ask for more!!! 1/9/2017

We called Bud's due to 2 non-functioning toilets. With 2 adults and 2 kids, we could not go without working toilets. Bud's arrived within hours of my call for help and had the problem fixed within an hour! Leland and Colin were amazing!! They even found that my water heater was leaking unbeknownst to us! Less than 48 hours later, I had a new and improved water heater with ZERO issues. Leland, Colin and the Bud's team did an awesome job all the way around. We will use them from now on!! more

For an easy access to the plumbing, 30 minutes to snake the clog and completed job under the hour, seemed a high fee. more

Andrew went above and beyond to fix my issue. Even after he quoted me a price and realized the problem was deeper then expected he didn't raise the price and fixed the issue fast. Solid 10/10 would recommend again. more

Excellent work 12/29/2016

Very pleased! They showed up on time (something we didn't do!) and actually were willing to come back later that same afternoon even though we messed up the appointment. Gave us a cost estimate of the work before starting and successfully completed the work within that estimate number. Would definitely used them again! more

Eric from Bud's Plumbing replaced my old sump pump with a new one and did a great job. He was professional and courteous and asked if I had any other concerns. I will continue using buds plumbing services for any other future needs. more
