I have originally use another business but I have received may coupons in the mail so I thought I would give them a try. All I needed was a basic drain cleaning to the house and to the sewer. They ended up being 2.5 hours late from the time they scheluded. I had to use 1 hour of vacation time because I couldnt make home in the time of the scheduled appt. Therefor I wasted my hour because they were late. If I knew it wouldn't show up until later I could have not used vacation time. When they got there they gave me an estimate of $428 to clean the drain. I thought was a little high because a competitor I used before charged by the hour plus it was roughly $100 to clean the drain last time. It only took an hour for that $100 and it happened to be right about an hour this time. I will say the office personnel was very nice and at the end of the job the workers were nice as well. After mentioning again that this was a little high for only an hour he had worked with me and gave me a price of $318. I feel that was a little high still but it needed to be done.
