Timely and Excellent 11/11/2016

Blake was excellent. Professional yet personable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, made the necessary repair, and was neat, i.e. didn't track mud into my house. Service Technicians were wonderful 11/11/2016

Joe and I have discussed multiple times how a very time consuming, complex job was made tolerable because of the two technicians that were here for two full days. I have never seen two more courteous, professional, and knowledgeable guys. We will return to Buds because of them. Always a pleasure 11/7/2016

Blake can always answer any questions i have, fix any problem, and clue me in about newer, better products in the plumbing line. I was frantic when I opened my water bill and my charge was $895. Yes, I had a leak somewhere. I called Bud's and they were able to send someone out quickly. They determined where the leak was but because it was late in the day, they had to come back the next day to finish. Don and Joe were so personable and professional. I felt like they knew the right way to handle the situation and they went about getting it done. As they worked, I thought of a couple additional things I wanted done and they were so nice and willing to do those projects as well. I enjoyed chatting with them and watched them work so I learned a bit. Don was great at explaining things to me as he worked. Very pleased with the work that was done and I would definitely recommend them. more

toilet no longer leaks BUT screws left long so screw covers do not sit tight to toilet. I was not home when service completed (husband was home) and I was surprised work area was not left as clean as it was found. I have used Bud's before and will again. I appreciate your work. Just a couple of next times for future use. more

Great workers. 10/28/2016

The guys who came to my house were friendly, easy to talk to and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything they were doing. They were very friendly to pets who came into the kitchen to see what was going on. Will request these two in the future. Summary ..... I was very satisfied with their work and their being punctual. 10/26/2016

A courtesy call was made prior to their arrival as promised. They were on time, in & out quickly and total cost was reduced from original after carefully inspecting the toilet before proceeding (pulling up toilet and/or removing was not necessary). Proficient and very easy to work with 10/25/2016

Job completed within time required. Deviated from original plan I.e. Used tee connector instead of preferred wye connector , final burial depth was not as deep as initially expected. more

Very expensive 10/24/2016

Next day service, good. Drain water heater, replace $10 thermocouple, clean burner and vacuum out said cost would be $485 to repair or $1348 to replace, unbelievable. I wouldn't pay that price, but still ended up paying $380 which in my book was still ridiculous when it took him about an hour's labor. Two hours more between travel and evaluation. Ended up with blotched carpet where a chemical wipe was used to try to clean up soiled mess from boots and trousers being dirty. They did pay Stanley Steemer to clean carpet, but blotchy spots are still there. I should have gone with local plumbers. Two locals said they could have done it cheaper. Lesson learned and hopefully I won't have any more issues with water heater. If you're on a fixed income, you should get estimates from other plumbers as well. Nice people, but do your homework. more
