Budget Car Rental

Renting car Lexington easy and pleasant experience. Returning car easy but since before staffing hours I did not get a rental receipt and had been asked and gave my email address. I never did receive an emailed receipt and had to log onto Enterprise site to get receipt, which with my busy schedule, were extra steps that I am not used to as with prior rental car agency, they always emailed me my receipts even if not returning car before or after hours. more

Enterprise is my preferred car rental agency. I travel out of state extensively for work which requires a rental car. Enterprise cars are presented clean and in excellent working order. Staff are very professional, helpful, and friendly. I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise and will continue to use them. more

This location is always helpful. When my flight was delayed and I had to stay overnight they found me car to use even though technically sold out. Wonderful service, friendly people. more

Our experience with Enterprise at the Lexington, KY airport was excellent. The car was clean and ready for us at the time we had reserved. Pick up and drop off at the terminal could not have been easier. The Enterprise staff was friendly and courteous. A+ more

Made the reservation for a compact (4-door) and got a mini-compact. If I paid the extra 12 dollars they offered me two upgrades. I said no and kept the Fiat. The clown car worked out fine. more

This was the second time I had rented from Enterprise at Blue Grass Field, Lexington, Ky. The seats were soiled beyond belief. If my plane had been on time I would not have accepted this vehicle. I had to get to a meeting so I kept the nasty car. The next morning I needed an ice scraper for the windows none available in the car. There is very questionable customer service at Enterprise, Blue Grass Field, they treat the customer as if they are doing you a favor by renting to you. If you do not subscribe to their add ons (ie. Ins., gas fillup,gps) they could care even less about YOU. Sorry Enterprise you use to be good but now you have slipped badly. Bill W more

The service is terrible. I reserved my car a few days before and when I got to the Lexington airport to pick up my car, this woman in the front desk told me the car is not available. Her name is Nicole (listed as a manager in her name card) gave me a very nasty attitude and fake smile. When I asked her questions, she was very rude and not responsive by doing her own things. She didn't even look at me the whole time. Then she said they will give me a free upgrade to another car, however, I later found that she actually charged me a full price for the upgrade. I don't know how someone like that could work there, even call themselves managers. The experience was very bad and I won't ever rent a car from Enterprise again! more

I love Enterprise and I want to thank everyone in the company for their fantastic service!\r I usually arrive late at night at major airports. Their service is impeccable. Easy to make reservations over the phone, courteous and professional representatives. NEVER had to wait in line at any location. Their vehicles are in excellent condition. \r Last time I rented at Blue Grass Airport in Lexington KY. When I arrived at about 11:30 PM, I was greeted with a smile, offered help for directions, provided with a city map and was out in no time. Returning the car was the same easy process with wonderful VIP service. \r I shared my experience with my coworker, since there are mixed reviews of the company, and she told me she had great experience with Enterprise as well.\r I will continue renting from the as I feel they are the best! more
