This was the second time I had rented from Enterprise at Blue Grass Field, Lexington, Ky. The seats were soiled beyond belief. If my plane had been on time I would not have accepted this vehicle. I had to get to a meeting so I kept the nasty car. The next morning I needed an ice scraper for the windows none available in the car. There is very questionable customer service at Enterprise, Blue Grass Field, they treat the customer as if they are doing you a favor by renting to you. If you do not subscribe to their add ons (ie. Ins., gas fillup,gps) they could care even less about YOU. Sorry Enterprise you use to be good but now you have slipped badly. Bill W
