The service is terrible. I reserved my car a few days before and when I got to the Lexington airport to pick up my car, this woman in the front desk told me the car is not available. Her name is Nicole (listed as a manager in her name card) gave me a very nasty attitude and fake smile. When I asked her questions, she was very rude and not responsive by doing her own things. She didn't even look at me the whole time. Then she said they will give me a free upgrade to another car, however, I later found that she actually charged me a full price for the upgrade. I don't know how someone like that could work there, even call themselves managers. The experience was very bad and I won't ever rent a car from Enterprise again!
