Bickmore Auto Sales Milwaukie are terrific. The auto dealer is quite prompt and honest,the cars are in amazing condition and the prices are more than affordable.

Horrible company. They sold a vehicle to my daughter and son-in-law that is now in the shop. It took numerous failed attempts in contacting the company for someone to call back....

Horrible company. They sold a vehicle 3/7/2012

Horrible company. They sold a vehicle to my daughter and son-in-law that is now in the shop. It took numerous failed attempts in contacting the company for someone to call back. What does it say about a company that would sell a vehicle to a family with a special needs child and another child on the way. It hadn't been a week before problems started and now is in the shop with $$$$$ of repairs needed. Hmmmm....we are going to make a sale no matter the cost. If the problems with the vehicle cause a major accident, they have the attitude, not our problem. We just sold it to them. At what point are they responsible for being reputable and honest. Had they had a great experience, I would recommend this company. However, since they have washed their hands of the kids, I will make sure that I post this on every social network and make sure that this is not a good company to do business with. more

Worst experience ever 10/23/2010

I had never bought a car from a lot before, so needless to say, I was inexperienced. I was hoping for a company that would not take advantage of me and would help me ease into the process. At first, this company seemed like it would be great. However, after the sale was complete, I found out a lot of troubling information. The sales people had flat out lied to me about certain things, which I paid for dearly. more

A+ Experience 5/2/2010

I saw an ad for a used 2002 Saturn SL1 with a price that was very close to 'private party' KBB. I called ahead, then went in and one of the two owners had pulled the car up and had it ready for viewing. He handed me the keys, took a photocopy of my ODL, then let me drive off alone so that I could test drive it with no pressure. They gave me as much time as I wanted to poke and prod the car. When I was ready to buy they were firm - but flexible and willing to do what they needed to do to make the deal happen. They offered 'same as cash' and other options that could be very helpful to people trying to hit a budget. PLUS - they gave me a free pot roast from their bother's ranch after we closed the deal (seriously!). Yes - they are used car salesmen. Yes - you will be negotiating - but all in all I would send any relative or friend to these guys and feel confident that they will not be taken advantage of. Pros: No pressure. Willing to work with me to find options more
