Absolutely horrible! If I could give it a ZERO, I would!\r \r This store came highly recommended when we moved here. We purchased (what we were told) was great quality carpet that would last us through the years. The carpet installer came. What was supposed to be a two day job was accomplished in a half a day. Unfortunately, that means that the carpet was laid incredible shoddy. \r \r The stair carpet started coming undone immediately; the carpet pad was laid over top of each other in two rooms, leading to a huge ridge. There are so many bubbles in this carpet...seriously every year I need it to be worked on.\r \r Low and behold, I call Brummels, who won't stand behind their worker (who they incidentally fired for being so sloppy). They told me I bought a cheap carpet which is why this is happening. Nice. How the story has changed since we bought it! more

Brummels is located right in downtown Zeeland on Main Street. The store is a little small, but set up nicely. Their selection of furniture is limited, but good quality stuff. They also sell appliances, which is a plus if you are looking to furnish your entire place. The salespeople are friendly, and available to answer questions. There are 3 levels to the store, so browsing isn't a nice stroll around a store. Not a much in the clearance department. The prices are a little higher than similiar stores. Worth a look but I walked out a little disappointed. more

Sometimes you just want to browse, and these guys let you do just that! They have a nice selection for the size of their showroom. All of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A real plus when it comes to sales. The location is great! We love going to downtown Zeeland! more

Brummels is a great place to get home furniture, appliances, and electronics such as TVs. The staff here is very friendly and will be more than happy to assit you. If you like to support area businesses this is the place to go. You will find more than you are looking for with their big selection. more

I really like this place because the service is great! The atmosphere is also a lot nicer than similar stores. They offer a lot of different Home goods from furniture, appliances, and electronics. This is a one stop shop! more
