Absolutely horrible! If I could give it a ZERO, I would!\r

This store came highly recommended when we moved here. We purchased (what we were told) was great quality carpet that would last us through the years. The carpet installer came. What was supposed to be a two day job was accomplished in a half a day. Unfortunately, that means that the carpet was laid incredible shoddy. \r

The stair carpet started coming undone immediately; the carpet pad was laid over top of each other in two rooms, leading to a huge ridge. There are so many bubbles in this carpet...seriously every year I need it to be worked on.\r

Low and behold, I call Brummels, who won't stand behind their worker (who they incidentally fired for being so sloppy). They told me I bought a cheap carpet which is why this is happening. Nice. How the story has changed since we bought it!
