It was super convenient, and the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. It was nice that one person could sell all three policies. Highly recommended!

Tried calling this office several times and could not get a phone called returned to me. I have tried to contact the agency owner, but he is never at his office. I have been lied ...

Do Not Use Bruce Hungerford 2/3/2016

Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. When I told Bruce on our bad experience with his agents-instead of him saying "what can we do to fix this" his response was "where do you want me to transfer your policy????? Really that's your customer service. I have several Co workers who say they have similar experience there as well. No one smiles and can feel the tension between the two agents. They don't even want to communicate with each other. more

customer service - bruce hungerford agency 4/11/2012

Tried calling this office several times and could not get a phone called returned to me. I have tried to contact the agency owner, but he is never at his office. I have been lied to over and over by two office employees. I have been a state farm customer for years and have never had any issues until i moved to grand rapids - this agencies performance is very unprofessional - poor service all together. more
