I bought a La-Z-Boy recliner several years ago from Brown's. When we bought, their service was great, and their people very knowledgeable. However, it's customer service after the sale that really counts, especially in this economy. I have had very few problems with it, even though I spend a lot of time in it (I've had a stroke and have to sleep in my chair), and I must admit I am rather hard on it. Brown's, and their service technician Josh, have been there every time, and have taken very good care of me. I just had to have the mechanism replaced because it broke in a couple of places. Now, I'm a pretty big guy, and I was not surprised that it broke eventually. Josh came out very quickly, got the new mechanism installed, and even came out on his own time to make sure the back was securely locked in place. I can't say enough good things about those folks! They know what customer service is all about, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
