This has to be the worst delivery I've ever experienced. I bought a few pieces of furniture towards the end of the year (2010) and had it delivered on a Monday. The delivery guys at that time were superb and knew what they were doing. The delivery guys were top notch all the way.
I went back at the first of this year (2011) and bought some downstairs furniture and the delivery service was awful. The delivery men broke my door, scratched the walls, and the staircase. Then they tried to say the furniture was ripped from the factory and ignored that they had tore up my home.
The delivery men tried to say the scratches were already there. There weren't any scratches on the walls or the staircase before hand and my backdoor shut properly. These new delivery guys were very unprofessional to say the least. This was a very easy delivery, straight in through the downstairs entry to the basement. Nothing like the guys had to deal with delivering upstairs last year.
Two different delivery guys delivered this time and they were just horrible. What happen to the last delivery guys?
To be honest the delivery men that delivered seemed to be on something. I'll never buy from this company again and I would suggest you do the same.
Steer clear, buy from somewhere else!
