Take your pet somewhere else. .anywhere else. They charged me 97 dollars for an over the counter ointment that I found at petsmart for 46 dollars. They overbilled me 50 dollars!...

Take your pet somewhere else. .anywhere else. They charged me 97 dollars for an over the counter ointment that I found at petsmart for 46 dollars. They overbilled me 50 dollars! Not 5 or 15 but 50! It was only later that evening when I looked at the bill and couldnt believe they charged 97 dollars for a pack of flea ointment. So I went to petsmart and found it off the shelf for 50 dollars less! The following day I tried to return it unopened and the receptionist was rude and refused to take it back. If you want to be overbilled then go to this racket. I called another vet and they charged 62 dollars for the exact same product. There are only two words for it people: RIP OFF more

Blue Cross Animal hospital 4/7/2011

used to be good and cared about your pets. That has declined in the past year. They won't see your sick pet in an emergency during office hours. Took my dog for an illness, called the vets numerous times asking for a call back, not one vet called me back. Ended up taking her to the ER where she died. Now, they won't give me the records for my dog, because they know they did not follow up with my calls. I'm not saying they caused my pet to die, but they certainly didn't care enough to call me back. more
