used to be good and cared about your pets. That has declined in the past year. They won't see your sick pet in an emergency during office hours. Took my dog for an illness, called the vets numerous times asking for a call back, not one vet called me back. Ended up taking her to the ER where she died. Now, they won't give me the records for my dog, because they know they did not follow up with my calls. I'm not saying they caused my pet to die, but they certainly didn't care enough to call me back.
