Daniel worked hard to fix a difficult plumbing leak we had. His persistence and professional manner was appreciated. He had to use new and unique equipment but did so efficiently and economically. more

Service is the best in so many ways ! ! ! 4/7/2019

W. E. Brown is heads above all other service providers. From researching past bills on my mother's account to sending a picture of the service person in advance of their arrival. They made me feel confident again in mom's HVAC system. They answered all of my annoying questions ! A quality organization all the way around. more

night call 3/16/2019

Our CO monitor started going off around 1030pm for about 5 minutes then stopped, we didn't know if there was a real CO problem or if it was the monitor. Erin was polite and efficient. Kelly came quickly and checked through out for CO leak or increase CO but found nothing so it was a malfunctioning monitor. He was very nice and reassured us that calling even in the middle of the night was the right thing to do, better safe than sorry. more

220 Line 3/11/2019

Michael and Jessica were FANTASTIC! They arrived promptly at 8 am reviewed what I wanted completed and provided some alternative thoughts. They were able to convert a 220 line into a standard outlet along with fixing an outdoor light in under an hour. They were personable and cleaned up everything from the changes. I would highly recommend them and use W. E. Brown again without a second thought! more

Office personnel were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Service arrived well before predicted time, and we were notified 15-20 minutes in advance of their arrival. Cody was professional, quick, and very fair with the service charge. He had the problem fixed in less than 30 seconds!! more
