Dale was patient, thorough and understood my need/desire to get a new water heater installed. He followed up with the office several times, worked with the restoration group who were doing the water removal from the basement and scheduled the installation within 24 hours even in the midst of a very busy scheduled for the entire company. I was very impressed and very pleased. more

I have used W. E. Brown for several projects at First Baptist Church Covesville. The Office Staff has always been very helpful getting the work scheduled. Daniel Mauphin plumbing heating repair 7/17/2019

Chrissie and Erin were great in response Daniel was spectacular in following through on my initial leaking toilet low water pressure in the entire house. I believe we are stabilized now @ 25 PSI. But not up to 40 PSI. HOWEVER I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF WITH MINIMAL USE WE CAN FUNCTION AT THIS LEVEL OR IF I NEED TO CONTACT CR MOORE WELL DIGGING CO. more

Technician knew what he had to do and did it quickly, efficiently and courteously. Brown techs have been doing semi annual checks for many years and the conduct of these checks are superb. more

Performance 7/8/2019

Jonathan was very prompt and worked for hours in a hot attic space to be sure our air conditioner was back up and running. He spent time giving us the issue with the AC and suggested ways to be alert with it not performing as it should. I would strongly recommend W. E. Brown. Their service is excellent. more

HVAC Maintenence 7/4/2019

Jennifer provided excellent customer service in setting up the appointment. She is always polite and competent and makes sure the appointment is kept. Jonathan serviced the furnace and cleaned the outside AC unit. He explained what was needed in detail, so I could understand why the service was necessary. W.E. Brown has an outstanding staff who are the best we have seen as far as competence in doing their jobs and interacting with their customers. Thanks so much. more

I am so impressed, I asked that he check everything water flowed into and out of and he did just that and I am prepared to make the repairs he suggested. I have had severe water damage several times and have just recently spent thousands of dollars to keep water from coming in the house from outside and I certainly don't need water damage coming from inside the house. I will review his quotes this weekend and get back to you on Monday to schedule the repairs he suggested. Thank you for sending someone that did exactly what I asked him to do. more
