Just bought a new car from Ryan. He made my experience great!!!! I have bought a lot of cars and it's usually something I don't like to do. Got my Grand Prix! 4/29/2011

When we found out that the Pontiac Grand Prix was not going to be built anymore we decided we needed one. Naturally contacting our local dealers in this area Northern Wisconsin they did us NO favors to get us in a '08 GP. The last resort was a dealer from my home town got us a name of only two dealers in the US (Kentucky and Washington) that had exactly what we wanted. After calling the closer of the two dealerships, we were introduced to Dan Skjonsberg at Brotherton. My first call to the dealership told myself that this guy was the one I would buy a car from and we did. My brother flew from Green Bay to Seattle WA and Dan took care of everything he was the greatest! Picked up my brother from the airport on his day off and handled everything very professionally Thanks Dan more

Brotherton offers the best service of any car dealership I've ever dealt with. I've owned a good dozen cars, and have purchased and had service from many dealerships (including BMW, Maserati, and Honda). But only Brotherton makes me feel like I'm shopping at Nordstrom and am the most important customer. The sales people are knowledgeable, the service agents are informative, and when I get service I know that I need it (as opposed to other dealerships who I suspect advise service so they can generate the revenue). more

I want to express my appreciation for the good experience my wife and I had Thursday while purchasing a 2005 CTS. It's my wife's first Cadillac. Your whole staff was friendly and gracious but I should single out Dan Skjonsberg and Jannica Durand. Dan got us through negotiations itact and made it happen. He's a fine gentleman and we really appreciated him. Jannica took us through the paperwork quickly and professionally and got us on our way. That you took the time earlier to retrieve the car while being detailed that we could view it was also appreciated. The fact that you are the company president was not lost on us. Another great job done at Brotherton 12/2/2010

It was again, a pleasure to work with you and having you guide us toward our next Cadillac purchase. I am sure we will enjoy our new CTS. Of course, the most exciting moment was the demonstration of opening the trunk to show us the reason for the absence of a spare tire and finding TWO dozen long stemmed red roses matching the color of the car. That was truly a touch of Cadillac class and knowing Frank, over the years, it was a special and sensitive way to treat a lady. I know your wife would approve and I know my husband did as well. You are one of a kind and as long as you (Frank) are well and happy selling the top of the line in American made cars I hopw Cadillac will always acknwoledge your talent and loyalty.
