Good: Good sales process.. Bad: Poor post sales experience.. Improvements: Take accountability for the products they sell.. Other: Bought preowned Cadillac CTS, within 2 months had major mechanic problems (torque converter, rear differential, among other things). Spent next 10 months and 7 service appoints in and out of shop. Requested a buy back, Brotherton/GM denied request. Did not admit to defective vehicle nor took accountability for the product they sold. Unlike any other business, Retailers will take back defective merchandise... Brotherton says they are just the middleman and to take any grievances directly to GM..
