Brookfield Veterinary Hospital

We've gone to Brookfield since we moved here. I can't imagine going anywhere else for our pet care. They go above and beyond expectations and the entire staff is warm, caring and capable of meeting any of our needs. more

Good: Very wonderful staff (the most important), and the physical clinic is quite nice also. They have an excellent variety of skills among the doctors, and each and every doctor has been absolutely wonderful about treating our pets as the "valued family members" that they are. It is a pretty calm environment both in the waiting room & exam rooms, and they seem very well stocked with medications, specialty foods, and even healthy treats. Follow-up phone calls are very timely, and I've never felt rushed.. Bad: Email correspondence usually works well, but at times there has been some uncertainty as to whether they received my request. A confirmation back by someone within 24 hours would be great.. Improvements: Email confirmation by live person (see above) within 24 hours (OK - 48 if on the weekend). Other: We are genuinely grateful for the kindness & knowledge from everyone there. I can see why our good friends (clients at Brookfield for many years) recommended them so highly.. more

I can't tell you how thankful I am to have found Dr. Marie and Dr. Howard. Both have been instrumental in the care of our dog who suffers from very severe arthritis. I don't know where else you could go where a veterinarian is willing to spend 15+ minutes with you on the phone. That is above and beyond in my book. This is absolutely the best clinic around. more

Every aspect of this hospital is great. Getting an appointment on short notice is painless. When you arrive, you and your pet are greeted and taken promptly to a room. The vet techs and doctors are patient and very caring. They go the extra mile to ensure you have all the information you need to make decisions about your pet's care. The doctors also follow up with lab results quickly. I've taken my cat there frequently and they have consistently given her excellent care. more

I've been going here since my dogs were babies, also attended puppy training class there in the summer. The staff is courteous, the doctors are genuinely caring about your pet, and can tell how much you love them. They call to remind you when your appt is., and your bill has scheduled dates of upcoming shots or doctor vists your pet needs. They have some fun pet stuff around there too. You can look at thier website for info also. I like this clinic very much. more

Taking our two cats to the vet is not very fun, but this office really helps out! Once we get there, the wait has never been long and they always put us in a room quickly. The doctors are very good with my cats and the staff is friendly (despite the fact that my cats shed so much the staff has to take extra time to clean the exam room). The best part about this vet are the prices, they can't be beat! more
