Good: Very wonderful staff (the most important), and the physical clinic is quite nice also. They have an excellent variety of skills among the doctors, and each and every doctor has been absolutely wonderful about treating our pets as the "valued family members" that they are. It is a pretty calm environment both in the waiting room & exam rooms, and they seem very well stocked with medications, specialty foods, and even healthy treats. Follow-up phone calls are very timely, and I've never felt rushed.. Bad: Email correspondence usually works well, but at times there has been some uncertainty as to whether they received my request. A confirmation back by someone within 24 hours would be great.. Improvements: Email confirmation by live person (see above) within 24 hours (OK - 48 if on the weekend). Other: We are genuinely grateful for the kindness & knowledge from everyone there. I can see why our good friends (clients at Brookfield for many years) recommended them so highly..
