I just wanted to write and commend the service I received from Billy. I called in and contacted the company about an emergency on memorial day and he called back within 10 minutes...

The reviews are true, Brody-Pennell is awesome. I received six other quotes and Brody-Pennell was the cheapest and more importantly they were honest. They were clear on pricing, they were professional, they did a great job on the install and they were in and out in the exact time frame indicated. True pros, I love them! more

Call these guys! 6/22/2011

These guys are great, they came out to my house, showed up on time, and were very professional. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem with the AC unit, and the cost to fix it was much less then we expected. We had used another AC Repair service a few months earlier, they had charged us double to fix the same problem on our other AC unit (we have 2). He also gave me tips on how to maintain my AC system in summer and winter, which filters to use, etc. If you have any AC issues, call these guys! more

We had them put AC in our older house. They did it without having to put extra vents in. Now we have air conditioning in the upper bedrooms as well! more

I was pleased that the technician was able to replace everything during the maintenance visit. He warned us what was beginning to wear out, this saved me from having to be home for another service call and the possible failure for my system at a particularly inconvenient time. more
