Brocks Sanitation

Their trash pickup service is great and never miss a day. Here is my problem: My HOA sent out an e-mail to let us know that Brock's offers a discount to members of HOA. but you have to call and ask for it. I called during business hours but I got an answering machine. I left a message but noone ever returned my call. I have tried calling at different times to see if someone will answer the phone but it always goes to an answering machine. more

I am still in shock at the poor customer service that I have received, not to mention the rude lady on the other end. I have been a customer for 3 years and have always had a problem with their billing. I agree with the previous poster about their invoicing. It stinks! Half the time I never even received a bill and by memory have to call them to make a payment. They claim that they leave reminders on your voicemail, but I never received one of those. I am a fanatic at paying all of my bills on the 1st every month and trash service is indeed a bill. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The lady on the phone was so rude and didn't blink an eye when I wanted to cancel my service. It is so obvious that one of those reviews is done by the company itself. Believe me, nobody is whining about anything. We just have been paying our money to people who do not deserve it. I recommend ABC Sanitation, and they have better rates. more

The Brocks trash fairy delivered my can the morning after I called them which was on a Wednesday and came and picked up my trash that Thursday no charge. Gave the 1st month free! Small, local company. When I asked about a contract, Mr. Brock said ""A handshake will do."" And as a small business owner myself, I really appreciate the direct contact these guys provide. Pros: Always on time!!! Prices are LOW! And now they recycle!! more

We have received great service from Brocks. I'm not sure what that other reviewer was crying about. I suppose some people just like to whine about whatever they can... nation of whiners. Pros: Pick up my trash every week and remind me when holiday pickup will be changed more

Company did not pick up trash this Monday (they have been paid to do this). They left a note to call contact them, however they NEVER pick up the phone. I am firing Brocks and going w/ Republic. I do not recommend you use this company. They do not even have account numbers on their invoices so they probably misapplied my payment. But since they don't answer/return calls my garbage continues to pile up. more
