Their trash pickup service is great and never miss a day. Here is my problem: My HOA sent out an e-mail to let us know that Brock's offers a discount to members of HOA. but you have to call and ask for it. I called during business hours but I got an answering machine. I left a message but noone ever returned my call. I have tried calling at different times to see if someone will answer the phone but it always goes to an answering machine.
