I am still in shock at the poor customer service that I have received, not to mention the rude lady on the other end. I have been a customer for 3 years and have always had a problem with their billing. I agree with the previous poster about their invoicing. It stinks! Half the time I never even received a bill and by memory have to call them to make a payment. They claim that they leave reminders on your voicemail, but I never received one of those. I am a fanatic at paying all of my bills on the 1st every month and trash service is indeed a bill. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The lady on the phone was so rude and didn't blink an eye when I wanted to cancel my service. It is so obvious that one of those reviews is done by the company itself. Believe me, nobody is whining about anything. We just have been paying our money to people who do not deserve it. I recommend ABC Sanitation, and they have better rates.
