I have been going to Brocks Car Care for 10 Years, Dennis has always been polite and very honest with me, all 4 of my cars have always been serviced there and much cheaper than Toyota for the same work and same parts. They will use Toyota parts if you have a Toyota. They have always done good work, and if I had a problem they would take it back to make sure everything was done right. That has only happened once and they had no problem taking it back. If you were to go to anyone try Brocks car care I personally have never had any issues with them.
